About Me
I am Dr. Vipul Malhotra an Occupational Therapist who believes that healing is not only about movement—it's about hope, dignity, and the courage to rebuild life one meaningful moment at a time.
My work stands at the intersection of neuroscience and compassion, blending clinical expertise with a deep understanding of human emotion. I support children, adults, and families through therapy that is functional, empathetic, and truly life-changing
Every day, whether inside a home, a classroom, or a clinic, I strive to create a space where people feel seen, understood, and supported
Why I Became an Occupational Therapist
I became an Occupational Therapist because I wanted to be part of the moment when someone rediscovers their own strength. Seeing a child make eye contact for the first time, a stroke survivor lift their hand again, or a parent finally feel understood—these moments shaped my purpose.
OT gave me the opportunity to create possibilities where limitations once lived, and that is a privilege I hold close to my heart
For me, this profession is not just a career; it’s a calling to heal with science and to guide with empathy.

Counselling for parents, caregivers, and individuals struggling emotionally, helping them cope, understand, and rebuild from a place of strength
Clinical Approach
My clinical approach is rooted in three pillars: clarity, compassion, and purpose. I use evidence-based neuro approaches while keeping therapy meaningful and goal-oriented. Every session is designed like a bridge—helping the child or adult move from where they are to where they can be.
I integrate counselling for families, helping parents navigate fear, confusion, or guilt and turn it into confidence, acceptance, and hope. Therapy with me is structured yet warm, scientifically grounded yet emotionally safe.
My Thoughts on Therapy
To me, therapy is a quiet revolution—it does not always shout, but it transforms lives in the most profound ways. It is a shared journey between the therapist, the individual, and the family, where progress is celebrated in steps, not miles. Therapy is not about fixing a person; it is about helping them find their rhythm, their strength, and their voice.
Whether I am guiding a parent through their worries, supporting a child through challenges, or helping an adult recover lost abilities, I believe one thing deeply: Every human being deserves patience, possibility, and a healing hand that walks with them — not ahead of them.
