In 2019, Deepanshu Arora and his friend Tanya Sachdev founded Lyfsmile with a vision to make mental health support more accessible. They started as an online platform, primarily focusing on providing mental health services to women.
As their impact grew, Tanya, who holds an MSc in Child Psychology from Cambridge University, recognized the growing need for specialized child therapy. Combining her expertise with Deepanshu's vision, they expanded Lyfsmile's mission. In 2023, they took a significant step by launching offline child therapy centers in Dwarka, Gurgaon, and Panipat.
Driven by a commitment to modern techniques and evidence-based therapies, Lyfsmile is dedicated to addressing children's behavioral and emotional challenges. Their goal is to ensure that every child receives the support they need, making mental health care accessible, effective, and transformative.

Mrs Tanya Sachdev

From a young age, Tanya Sachdev was deeply passionate about psychology, drawn to understanding and helping children navigate their emotions and behaviors. Her dedication led her to pursue extensive research in child psychology, culminating in her studies at Cambridge University, UK.

Equipped with global knowledge and expertise in advanced therapeutic techniques, Tanya made the conscious decision to return to India with a clear vision—to make quality mental health support accessible to every child. Today, she leads her team with unwavering commitment, working tirelessly to help children overcome challenges and build brighter futures.
