I am Dr. Shraboni Nandi, Consultant Psychologist, a RCI licensed mental health professional with a Ph.D in Psychology. I am dedicated and motivated with over 20 years of experience in understanding and guiding individuals through social, behavioral, and mental health issues—both in adults and children.
My dedication and hard work in this field help me deliver customized therapy in a sensible and realistic manner. I have a deep understanding of how our surrounding environment influences perception, cognition, emotions, and behavior. These insights enable me to guide clients in overcoming invisible challenges and unhealthy or toxic behavioral patterns.
I provide a safe and empathic space where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges. My goal is to help them find clarity and develop effective coping strategies.
I am also an ardent practitioner of meditation, which enhances not only my personal growth but also my ability to support my clients' spiritual and emotional well-being. I remain committed to ongoing professional development and regularly update myself with the latest research and psychotherapeutic modalities to ensure the highest quality of care.
Why I Became a Psychologist
I chose to become a psychologist because of my deep curiosity about human behavior and personality traits. My strong inclination towards psychology stems from a desire to help people overcome the effects of trauma and mental health crises and to make a meaningful difference in their lives.
